just do not go in in Tiefhusen an straight head to Tjolmar
this is just an optional dungeon.
you get hit by that question out of the blue, and then have to backtrack all the dungeon to count... if you didn't bother solving the 4 hand room tile quests, shown in his video, you are not having a good time.
all in all i say that dungeon isn't worth your time
it was even very frustrating back in 1994 when the original hit the market... i used to skip this one in all my playthroughs in all those 31 years ;)
what do you want from a demon
choose life, mercy or somethign like that
second question is again, the opposite of what the mage wants (to kill us)
and the last question is, 'what do you want to happen to the mage'
here you ahve to answer that you want to destroy him - so the anser is fire, cremation or something like that.
if you chose mercy here, the demon will grant him mercy and burn you ;)
then take the crystal ball and leave, do not try to get more and be greedy, while the demon is engulfing the wizard.
yeah that was that part.
now get back to the witch
it also helps to have the transversalis spell ready here to quckly traverse the swamp...
damn that running is tedious.
in the original 1994 version you were asked 3 times if you really want to go to the baslisk, resulting in your death and the end of the game if you proceed to far.
