To get the non tutorial achievements for this game you will have to kill some people by giving them the wrong mixture of medicine. Killing rats and blowing up there holes will not end the game any faster, only when the last of the infected are dead does the game end. So until you kill them your self you will be stuck on the map until they naturally die... If they naturally die. Sometimes they dont and you will have to do it your self by giving them a single color of the wrong potion they dont need which will kill them after a short delay. Be careful because there dead bodies spawn plague flies which will chase you around the map for a while and will not only quickly give you the plague but also quickly take your health away if you already have the plague.

Easy to hard to get achievements is as follows(because its easier to save everyone than it is to kill them, saving everyone is super easy, killing them makes the game harder because you have to avoid plague flies from there dead bodies.):

*super easy*save 15 people then kill the rest of them

*kinda easy*save 10+ people then kill the rest of them

*kinda hard*save 5+ people then kill the rest of them

*super hard*save less than 5 people then kill the rest of them (and by less I mean 1-4, save more than 4 and you will not get this achievement. It will take all of your skills to get this one, simply giving everyone a single red potion to kill them wont work because sometimes thats what they need and you will accidentally save them trying to speed through the game so make sure you give them the wrong color to kill them, you will also need to heal yourself with blue and green potions to cure the plague faster because there will be multiple plague flies on the map from killing so many infected people.)
