OK SO LET'S START WITH THE BASICS.
1.if you play this game on easy mode just uninstall and refund the game. we don't have time for this baby business.
2. this game is brutally hard at the beginning I suggest leveling up scout and shock troopers first. as they will be your constant source of damage and map presence.
3. they're many things to upgrade in this game. weapons armor grenades flame throwers all the works. however certain classes benefit from the different guns they get when leveling up there weapon tree. these weapons are useful in there own way however the fan favourite goes to scouts Brown M series. it gives you an extra 2 shots couple that with a class that goes super far on map and puts out already painful damage.
4. each map is going to introduce a new enemy type you're going to have to deal with. that stops around chapter 10 or 12ish. this can range from, new tanks, higher ranking soilder which gives them new ways to lay down the hurt. near the end there's going to be some crazy ♥♥♥♥. but you can do it.
5. now this shoulda been number 1. instead I decided to be edgy and post a meme. but anyway, let's not get this muddied this is a strategy war game so go figure you need to use your brain. there is a ranking system that shows how good you did that mission, the ranks ranging from, A, B, C, and finally D. what these ranks intail is how much EXP and gold you'll get at the end of a mission. and you want as much as yoi can get. however the conditions for these ranks are vague and they don't tell you usually what it is. sometimes it's if you lose a certain amount of soliders you lose the A, or if you take to long as In turns, you lose the A. don't get discouraged and keep aiming for A ranks on all missions. you sexy mother fckrs can do it.

Tips and tricks. now this game has alot of tips tricks and secrets. like how on most maps there is a way to complete it within 1 or 2 turns. crazy right? and I'd love to tell you how for all of them. however I would much rather you play this awesome game and figure it out yourself. experimentation is half the fun with this game. now onto helpful tips. if you're struggling early spam KAI she is such a busted unit at the beginning and can save your boott if you're new and bad. don't feel bad about abusing your tank the Haffen either. it's extremely powerful and can lay out infantry aswell as tanks with ease, just watch your glowing blue heat sink at the back. unless you upgrade it any explosive one shots it. and my last tip. don't be afraid to send your scouts past enemy lines. they are fast and what they are built to do. just don't go running into shock troopers tanks or gatling guns. take those out with your sniper grenider or tank and send in your scouts for easy pick offs and base captures.
