Vector Locator Tool

This is a tool used for finding vectors on a map. You can manually set your own vectors, or you can set vectors by clicking somewhere on the map.

There are five options you can change:
- Primary vector location
- Secondary vector location
- Primary and secondary vectors form a box
- Primary and secondary vectors form a line
- Vector point size
- Ignore Z (the vector locations show through walls)

Current bugs:
- Selecting the tool in multiplayer will not show anything until you re-select the tool.
