SS Seaway

The SS Seaway was designed by Aqua Star in 1916 for the first world war. However, she was not completed until 1918, one month before the end of the war. During her short time in the war, she was able to deliver supplies to help aid. After the war, she became a Mediterranean liner, transporting people from one side of the sea to the other. On a calm December morning, a pipe burst in the lower stern compartment, causing rapid flooding. All 54 people on board were evacuated in time.
