As suggested by multiple users, here I have uploaded the map segments based on areas in the game for ease of checking missing rooms; hidden rooms that can be only accessed by breaking the wall are highlighted in yellow:


The train station and the Den of Behemoths are not included since they are pretty straightforward and there is no hidden room in these two areas. Let me know if there is any error with regard to the provided maps, thanks.
