Translation of Game Setup & Main Menu screens to English

A steam friend of mine Zobaken very kindly translated the Game Setup screen to English.
The pull-down menus range from lowest quality at top to highest quality at bottom of the list.

I just put together an image to show the translation.

If any changes required please let me know and I will update/change as required.

I know how to modify the game text to English, but would require a team to do it since I don't have the time to do everything myself.
