Spiros' Folly [SP/CO05]

Beskrivning
IF YOU HAVE COME HERE FROM THE MAKE ARMA NOT WAR WEBSITE: As part of the application process you must provide a mission on the workshop to verify your Arma 3 ownership. This mission is not part of Poltergeist, however if you're interested in what I've made previously, and a teaser of whats to come in Poltergeist, you're welcome to give this mission a try.

Conduct a daring raid on an experimental research facility as the FIA, with a litte help from the locals.

Fully functional in both SP and COOP! However, I highly recommend playing it in COOP

Features:

-Voice acting
-Fully featured and polished tasks and briefing
-Both close combat and long range open field gameplay
-Approx playtime 20-25 minutes
-5 player co-op (Though can be played even with as litte as 2 human players)

Please be sure to thoroughly read all the notes in the Briefing!

This is mostly finished however the following issues need to be addressed:

-Single line of voice acting for Spiros' Associate at the end
-Ending will probably be reworked

Credits:

-Mission created by Doln
-Alpha voice acted by Navel Warfare
-Spiros voice acted by Keggs
-Cliff voice acted by Paladyn

I know this is kinda offtopic, but why is people crazy over poltergeist? i know that the HUD thing with the helmet its new for the engine, but from the trailer it just looks like a very well done campaign, yet people bitch about it more than fanboys bitching over watch dogs

That's the plan :)

Doln just in case you don't know, you can make a singleplayer campaign just like in arma 2 where you make separated missions and connect them together. Just do like arma 2 and create a folder called Campaigns on your arma 3 root folder and you will see your campaing in the game menu with the arma 3 original campaing. Hope you guys do good at the contest!

Can't wait for Poltergeist!

I don't believe the general was anywhere near where it said he was supposed to be, though. We did kill some enemies around there but none of them appeared to be a general and I don't remember seeing the success message.

I don't know how the general died. Someone (I think Leechy) said tht he saw a success message, but in any case, I didn't have the task anymore, neither completed nor open.

Correct, the Ifrit is randomised. I'll look into the General issue. Thanks for the feedback!
