To get this perk you must kill 5 Mechanicals with a grenade

1. Go to chapter 6 and choose: "Can i play daddy?" difficulty
2. Get to the robot and shoot 1 bullet to his eye and 2 bullets above his eye
3. Then throw 2 grenades on him and he's dead
4. Kill him 4 more times and you are done

thank you! this was really helpful, especially because this is at the very start of the mission and the checkpoint is right before the robot. Fast to get there and easy to repeat

There is a MUCH easier way to get this perk. Play Chapter 2 (Asylum) on "Can I play, daddy?" difficulty.

1. When you are finally able to go outside, there is a table with two grenades to your left.
2. Grab the grenades and kill the first five soldiers.
3. A tank will arrive and deploy a drone. Stay on the porch and let it get close.
4. Throw a grenade right at your feet, so it doesn't bounce too far away. When it explodes, it'll kill the drone (which counts as a robot).
5. Kill the next two soldiers, and the tank deploys two more drones. Once again, let both of them get close to you, then throw a grenade right at your feet.

If you do it right, you'll get 3 of the 5 kills needed to get the perk. Restart from the last checkpoint and do it again, and you should get the perk (and the achievement).
