This is by far the most common cause of error. If you have two mods whose content uses the same IDs or is even a copy of the other mod.
You should know that every time you join on a modded server, the mods are automatically downloaded by joining but these mods will not be shown to you as subscribed in the workshop.
So if you often join servers with mods, there will be a lot of mods in your folder that can overlap.

Your mods will be installed in this folder: Your hard drive where you installed Steam, disk C, D, E, F, G... :\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\304930


Of course, you'll have to delete one of the two mods, here are 3 options for this.

The simplest way:
- Go in to the steam workshop and unsubscribe any mod you don't want to play right now.
(This does not apply to the mods that were downloaded while joining a server, that's why I recommend last option)

The thoroughly but cumbersome way:
- First, determine what the ID of the non-functioning mod item is. Then you have to compare the ID with the IDs of the other mods in order to find the double ID and then, of course, delete the mod.

Easiest and most effective way:
- You just go to folder 304930 (described above, where you'll find it) and delete all mods (folder with a long ID like this 1723853293). After that, you go to the steam workshop and subscribe the mods you want or just join to the modded server you want to play on.

Since almost all unturned servers are operated by amateurs, errors can creep in through ignorance or it is simply due to a technical error of the server.



If you're not the owner:
- You can't do much until you contact the owner and make them aware of it. But I wouldn't do this until you did the first option and still can't get on the server.

If you're the owner:
- Check if any of the mods have recently been updated, if so, delete the corresponding mod from the server and upload the most recent version of the mod.
- Go through the first option and if you're sure no mods overlap, then upload the mods again (if an error has been found).
- If everything is okay with the mods, check if you have the latest version of Unturned.

If you have an unstable internet connection, then it may be possible for the mod to interfere or incomplete.


- If that is the case, this can be easily fixed by downloading the mod again.

If nothing helped, then the error can probably be with the mod. Be a brave player and report the bug to the developer.
