"No matter how many time I've been relocated, I never get used to it"
A simple SWEP allowing you to hold the suitcase prop found in Half-Life 2 used by the citizens in the trainstation. You can find the item in the Half-Life 2 weapon tab in the spawnlist or you can use the command "give weapon_suitcase" in the console if you want.
