Tweaked energy budget so AI should build LS habitats again.
Still seems like it's not working well, continuing to test and experiment...

Description
This is the testing branch of Living Space. Feel free to use it if you like. Stuff will probably be very broken at times, and there's zero guarantees that it's savegame compatible or not full of horrible bugs.

DISABLE THE ORIGINAL LIVING SPACE WHEN USING THIS (but please don't unsubscribe!)

Update: minor fixes, most localization finished for Stars.

Living Space: Stars is now fully functional and uploaded. It still needs localization and graphics, but it should be fully playable, barring any bugs or mistakes.

Also, I've increased the energy cost of molten/toxic/frozen habitats to 1500, to push them a little bit later in the game.

is there a change log for this? otherwise I don't see why I would play this instead if I don't know what to test.
