T.C.C Version 1.0.1 release!

things added: cells now have 6 beds instead of two (they are now custom cells, 2 cells are replaced, due to max amount of inmates). A new Metelworks room replacing the far left cell. A new guard quarters replacing the 2nd to last cell on the left.

I will continue to make new prisons and update this prison and others with new content!
