Hi Slimez! OK, so what happened was I placed sewage outlets where I was supposed to have put pumps, near the top of the city by the highway. I removed those and replaced with pumps, but as you can see, my city was still reeling in sickness. Someone has managed to fix it, albeit with a severe lack of population remaining lol you are of course welcome to give it a go and let me know how you get on!

Ok I go around fixing cities like this but... What the heck? The drinking water pollution is at 0%, the sewage treatment is fine, but people are still getting sick? Not from ground pollution or noise, just sick. What happened?
