is it just me or 2 honey and a papyrus is better than this? Plus this takes 50 of your health but gives back only 40, so this isn't so good

Mosquito sack should definitely be consumed after healing. Additionally, the blood collector should have a spoil timer on it.

Is this configurable as to the amount of health it heals? Overall, this just seems a bit too OP for my tastes without config options for the things mentioned.

Personally I like that you used the mosquito sack to store the blood, it's a really cool detail than to just have a bottle magically come out of nowhere. if anything I think you should have the mosquito sack be consumed when you heal yourself to make it a little harder
