In case you dont know the term snowballing, it means getting a kill or 2 and using this advantage to increase it more and more and make it harder for the enemy to comeback.
This built is for a carry storm spirit. Storm spirit is a very skill based hero, the better you are with ball lightning the harder you are able to carry.
Storm spirit is also really hard to shut down if the enemy team doesnt have a lot of silences.
