Since I forgot to document all locations by name, this guide will be divided into chapters. I am not 100% sure you need all these notes and documents in order to get the Bookworm achievement, but it can never hurt to check them all, right? ^ u^ You don't actually have to 'read' the notes, as long as you 'view' them.



I am not sure you need these as well, but click on all four just to be certain!

This chapter starts the moment you reach the White Kingdom and ends when you pass through the gates, towards the Black Kingdom.

Remember: It can never hurt to 'read' notes!




Be sure to check all three notes here!!


You can't really miss this one.

This chapter starts the moment you open your eyes and ends once you leave the house through the front door, in disguise.

You can get these at any time, in any order, after you go through the trapped corridor.

The third chapter starts from the crossroads and ends once you enter the underground tunnels. However, since there are, to my knowledge, no notes to be found underground, that section will be skipped. That chapter ends after the minecart ride.








You don't actually have to flip through the pages of this book to get the achievement, but it can't hurt to be certain. I didn't even know you could flip through it until my second playthrough.

This is a short chapter. It starts in an underground cave and ends once you're shrunk down and on your way to the castle.

This is the note I forgot to click during my first playthrough. Don't make the same mistake! If you do, you'll get the achievement after you read the last note you missed. You won't have to read them all again.


The note on the left, in this screenshot obscured by the task at hand, is unmissable ^ u^

The sixth chapter starts once you enter the castle and won't end until you have freed your son!

Even though the protagonist already comments on what is read on the plaque next to the sword before you have even read it, you'd still better give it a click!


The upper notes are unmissable.


For some reason, I almost forgot about this one ^ u^;


You can't really miss this one.


Don't forget to read the note AND the plaque!!

This chapter starts once you crash your balloon and ends when you get back up in the air.

Not sure if this note counts, but click it just to make sure!


You can only read this one before you open the doors! Don't use the white and black emblems before reading it!!


Another recipe.

The final chapter is upon you! Don't give up, you can do it! This one starts once you're tossed in jail and ends with the game.

I am not sure this one counts, but click it just the same. It is a recipe after all..


This one is unmissable. It's wrapped around the fireworks. Who could have done that?


Another recipe book. On this one I also didn't notice it has more pages, but already had the achievement by the time I came to it, so reading it all is not necessary, just interesting.




Unmissable again. You'll need the scepter the Black Knight left there for you.
