Ah, so that was what the "number" slot was! Awesome, thanks for the help! I'll credit the absolute hell out of you when I upload some ships with this system :)

Distance sensor can be installed anywhere.
Microcontroller has a menu to enter distance from distance sensor to anchor. If you enter a number here, cable will be extended by that number.
I updated the microcontroller and added a picture for explanation, it was not explained adequate before.

Amazing system! Where should the distance meter be placed when it comes to height to make the calculations correct. My anchors keep stopping several meters before sea floor every time, so I might be doing something wrong. I am using the multiplier input to make corrections, but maybe it has something to do with my placement of the distance sensor? Again, wonderful work!

This drops the anchor when the button is on.
Once the button is on, the length of the cable is automatically shortened or lengthened according to the strength of the wind.
The keypad enables you to adjust the length of the cable.
If the number on the keypad is 0 (Default) or less than 1, the cable will run to a depth x 1.0. For example, if you enter 1.5, the cable will run to a depth x 1.5.

does this only pull in so it tighting the rope or does it attually drop anchor by it self because i try it in storm it only lower anchor when i turn button on not it own. And what does key pad do sorry for dumb qustion.
