The basics
Alright, lemme explain some things barney style so most of you guys can understand.
If you wanna succeed on coop follow these steps, they're dummyproof:

-Never use smokes or flashbangs in coop, they simply don't work
Why?
They're not 100% useless, smokes can cover you for a couple of seconds from helicopters (Around 10 seconds or less). You have a better chance of surviving by hiding inside a building than using them.
Flashbangs on the other hand are 100% useless, don't even bother.

-Equip a minimum of 2 Incendiaries/Molotovs
Why?
One for area denial and the other one for blowing up caches.

-Don't bother with compensators.
Why?
They don't do much, equip a foregrip instead, they reduce your recoil greatly.
Only use compensators if you're a gunner, mainly because there's no other option.

-For the love of God, spread out.
Why?
One bad nade/molotov/rpg and y'all are gone.

-Do NOT stand behind a teammate during firefights.
Why?
Bots will go psycho mode and will increase their accuracy, that means the guy in front of you will die instantly, No time for him to react.

-Fire burns
If a teammate throws a molotov at a door/halfway don't be a d*ck, stay away from the fire, damage reflection will get your teammate killed.

-Roaming is ok
But for the love of Christ, when sh*t hits the fan pick a door and fricking defend it, don't move from there. You're potentially obstructing a teammate's line of sight and could get both of you killed.

-As a rule stated above, you should equip a minimum of 2 molotovs/incendiaries, but if possible, equip 3 molotovs for area denial.
If you have to defend, molotov every door you find, it'll slow down the enemy's assault.

-Make sure there's 1 demolition guy on your team
We all know Technicals are a pain in the butt to deal with. Technicals usually have 2 predetermined paths, if possible place a mine on one road, and cover the other with your rocket launcher of choice.

-Depending on the map, A10's can blow up caches from a safe distance.

-You can kill a bunch on enemies on the first objective by calling an A10 run.

-For the love of Jesus never call artillery on the very first objective
Bots hide inside buildings and you're wasting everybody's time.

-If you want better chances of winning, save both helicopters for the last objective.
First call the gunship, and then the minigun.
Why?
Dude trust me.

-Armor is completely useless in this game (in its current state at least) so don't equip armor
Save those points for an extra molotov, a better handgun or more attachments for your primary.

-Always equip your secondary weapon with quick holster
It can really save your life.

-If you like shotguns
Equip flechette rounds, slugs are completely useless (the default shells work just fine and various ranges too)

-If you're being supreseed/getting shot at, hide for 10 seconds
Bots will ignore you after that and will look for another target.

-You like the new hardcore mode?
Well, ak platforms are your best choice.
Why?
Most of your team and the enemy will have a couple of them, you can get some ammo from their corpses. The X1.5 scope is your best choice, it works great at both close quarters and long range.

-Don't use single fire dude,
Just don't. Tap fire on full auto instead, if an enemy flanks you, we both know you're gonna panic and miss your shots.

-Please, DO NOT HIPFIRE!!!
Aim downsights darnit, it's not impossible to get kills but practice a lot first. If possible, only use it when the enemy is really, really close (arms length).

-Don't stand near doorways when you're defending,
Bots love to throw molotovs there, and will get you 80% of the time.

-You can't really trust people sometimes
Remember i told you to pick a door and defend it? Well, don't move from there, watch your teammate's back from your position, in case he's reloading or missed a target.

-Unless you're some MLG badass gaymer,
Don't equip acogs and other high magnification optics on LMG's, you probably won't be able to handle the recoil.

-Call out any contacts you see
Either using your mic or holding [C] by default and selecting the ''Enemy spotted'' command.

-Intimidate your enemies
Hold [C] and select the ''Intimidate;; command, bots will react to these voice lines and respond (Usually in funny ways) doing this will make the bots reveal their position by voice giving you a chance to predict their route.

That pretty much sums it up, feel free to contribute to this guide.
And remember: DON'T FRICKING USE SMOKE!!!
You can't see the bots, but oh baby, they sure as heck can see you (That includes those pesky Technicals)

Meta weapons:
M9 currently is the best pistol (I hate to admit doe, I love some .45 stopping powah I tell you hwhat)

God tier rifles: AKM, FAL
Good tier: G3, AK 74, M14 EBR
Ok tier: M16A4, M4 (Because M4's too expensive) Mk17, Mk18)
Meh but cool tier: ''AK Alpha'', G36, M16A2.

I'm not so sure about "not using smokes/flashbangs", they helped me a few times with cleaning rooms. You'd be surprised to see that the bots will actually cover their face when blinded!
But this still is a nice guide. ( •̀ ω •́ )b

I really wish passive corner sitting would go out of vogue already. Holding the back right corner on Farmhouse's Security point A eliminates easily five lanes of approach for bots, but that has the drawback of validating this passive, reactive style of play to anyone sitting in the corners of the point, thinking they're contributing.

Mollies/incindiaries don't stop bots anymore. Unless you catch them in the initial explosion, all it's going to do is damage them as they walk straight through it. Bots aren't players so they don't really care about taking damage. Frags are going to be more useful in clearing points or lanes. Smokes CAN be used defensively even against bots, but they need to be deployed AWAY from the position you're holding, and in high-traffic lanes used by bots. Just hunker down, listen for coughing, and shoot at any silhouettes.

Other than those points, this is a good guide to follow.

Yes, if you wanna camp, the ideal place is on the first floor of any objective. That way molotovs can't reach you.
Just stay away from windows and doors

Coop is much harder with team mates that bunch up in a corner, and one molly comes, bam, i'm the last one standing :cta_emo5:

No shit but hit reg with the melee his is too wonky to rely on and can be countered giving both opponents a chance to react, always best to hipfire.

I've played it enough to know that a single melee hit to the head is an insta kill
