DE's latest update for Warframe is finally here, "fresh from the oven", it features a brand new tileset for Jupiter and a new game mode called "Disruption".

This of course means that the old and well known Corpus tileset used for Spy missions no longer applies for Jupiter, therefore new and thrilling Spy Vaults await.

This are the 3 new Spy Vaults introduced with Update 25, the above videos show some of the "possible" ways/paths to solve them.

Notes: In the videos im using Atlas and the Baza rifle, however none of this are essential for completing this type of mission, therefore any frame/weapon works perfectly fine.

Also keep in mind that the order of the Spy Vaults is randomized so First, Second and Third Vaults might not appear in the same order of A, B or C for every player.

As stated above any type of weapon works perfectly fine, however taking "Silent" weapons to a Spy mission can be useful to prevent alerting any NPCs that could possibly be lurking inside the Spy room.

The way to achieve this is by either equipping weapons with the innate "Silent" property such as Bows/Crossbows.



Now for weapons that may not possess such innate property there are a series of mods that can help.



Note: All of this is optional and is not required for completing a Spy mission, but can definitely help.

Then again any type of Frame can complete any kind of Spy mission, however there are quite a few frames that can "cheese" this type of content.

In this guide I will cover only the 3 most relevant frames for this type of missions.

Loki

Loki is one of the most powerful and versatile frames in Warframe, used for its fairly easy to use "Invisibility" and its great CC.

A very useful augment to take for Spy missions is "Hushed Invisibility".



This augment is very useful to remain stealthy with Loki when not using Silent weapons and enemies won't hear you firing your weapons as long as your invisibility is active.


Ivara

Ivara is another great stealth frame and it comes with its own exalted bow.

For Spy missions the best augment for Ivara is "Infiltrate".



With this augment Ivara can pass through Laser Barriers without triggering any alarms inside the Spy vault.


Limbo

Limbo can make any Spy mission a complete joke by entering the Rift and ignoring all Laser Barriers or Security Cameras.


Note: Once again all of this is optional and not essential for completing Spy missions.

Hacking consoles in Warframe is a fairly easy task, however new players might have difficulties, thankfully there are some "tools" that can help.




Very helpful when the Console might be too difficult to hack or we are running out of time, Ciphers are also very "convenient" when we might want to open a door or even override a lockdown without having to do so many mouse clicks.

One thing to keep in mind about Ciphers is that you can't use them during Sortie content, so is not a good idea to depend so much on Ciphers.




A mod that can be helpful for new players as they practice and get better at solving Ciphers. Since Update 26 this mod has become exclusive to the "Parazon" and now adds "+8s" instead of "+6s".




With Update 26 hacking is now performed with the "Parazon", this is an useful mod that will automatically bypass Consoles sometimes.




The starting Landing Craft by default for new players is also one of the most useful ones, it can buy some precious and valuable seconds if alarms are triggered accidentally.

This companion can assist with Console Hacking thanks to the precept called "Security Override" and can help with Spy missions, unfortunately its "AI" is a bit buggy sometimes.

Note: Having this "tools" can be handy, however is not essential either for completing Spy missions.
