cs_carpark (Alpha)

WIP - Map is in Alpha - some non-crucial issues (such as lighting problems, this is basically a geometry test) need to be fixed. Stay tuned for updates.

Multi-level underground carpark with surrounding rooms. CTs need to rescue 2 hostages located on B2 and bring them up to B1.

CHANGELOG (3/08/2013)
- Added stairs to stairwell
- Added some ambient sounds and particle effects
- Added elevator destruction and blowout
- Enhanced some more textures with ssbumpmaps
- Added frames to windows

TODOs:
- Fix lighting errors on chamfered corners/some random areas
- Re-do the overlay (maybe split into 2 parts for illustrative purposes? Is there a way to do multi-leveled radar overlays that change according to where the player is standing?)
- Add detail / props
- Add particles/sounds (pipe/vent steam etc.)
- Add additional soundscapes for various rooms
- Fix for fan blades in vents not spinning? (This was working before I published the map, not sure what's happened to 'randomly animate'...)
