This guide is from experience, nothing comes from other guides or Wiki.

TIPS.

1) Try to loot when most people are sleeping so there's literally under 6 people on the server for better loot and less chance of meeting a player.

2) Try not to loot with friends unless you are trying to kill people as you do it, i say this because then you get more loot

3) Don't come packing your vault. Just bring at least a 2 hit melee weapon and a pistol. Maybe even a shotgun at least and a medium backpack, nothing else.

4) Depending where you are looting, don't pick up any time of kruger. If you are looting a place that spawns a lot of shotguns then just take the ammo from the ones you find for more space.

5) If you have a lot of stuff on you from looting and you see a player, try to avoid them, don't get greedy.

6) Check your surroundings. Don't just run into the area without looking over with bino's first.


BEST PLACES TO LOOT.

Avoid these places for loot.

1) Campos.
2) Frosty Pines.
3) Norads.
4) Pleasant Valley.
5) Boulder City.

Best places.

1) Shrute farm. (This place is so underrated, it's my number one loot spot, it spawns blasers.
2) Camp Splinter. (Be very careful, not from players. The amount of zeds are stupid)
3) Smallville. (I'll post a screenshot on why this is an amazing place to loot)
4) Cleaview. (Only if you have friends and wanna kill people on the way)

I just went to smallville to check out the loot because of the new loot system. This is what i got.

Minus the bizon and machete i got all that loot within two server hops. Including the military bag from the police station.

Out of all those places i'd say loot Camp Splinter, Shrute & Smallville. Shrute i love because tons of loot, literally no players or zombies.
