Industrial Block Buildings (RICO)

A set of six boxy industrial buildings.

If you use Ploppable RICO mod, they will function as L1 industrial buildings.
If you don't, they will appear in game as ploppable, generic buildings which perform no function.

There are also purely decorative versions available.


They can be used on their own as individual warehouses or sweatshops, or combined together to make larger structures like in the screenshots.

Three of them have open space underneath and can be used as a bridge over roads/tracks/etc, conveyor buildings for a mine/mill, or in other interesting ways.

There's also a demolished version as a separate asset.

They don't require a road connection, but RICO versions will complain about lack of materials if there isn't a nearby road for delivery access, they might burn down if fire trucks can't get close enough, and so on....

The models have a color map, you can use Painter mod to set their color.

The lots are all empty and only a few props are used for roof details.

If you want to build something like in the screenshots then you need to move the buildings into place and add props and other details. Mods like like Find It!/Move It! and Fine Road Anarchy (for disabling building collision) are essential...

Every model shares the same set of 2048x1024 textures. LODs have unique 128x128 maps.

I highly recommend using Loading Screen Mod which should load the shared textures only once. This reduces the memory used by these assets to somewhere around 5.5mb intstead of 26mb!
