Medusa is an extremely hard carry that requires multiple items to be effective in combat. Once she gets these items though she is nearly unstoppable so as long as she has her team to back her up. She's extremely tanky due to her mana shield while also capable of dishing out ridiculous amounts of crowd control and damage.
