Rylai's Blessing grants a free treasure, chest, arcana or other item, included as a bonus with seasonal events and battlepasses.

It is important to note that the wheel spin is cosmetic only. It literally does not matter how hard you pull the spin lever. Your prize is chosen as soon as you hit the spin lever, not once it stops spinning.
If you have your inventory/armory open when you use a spin, you can actually see the item instantly enter your inventory before the wheel has stopped spinning.

Sometimes, due to server or coordinator issues, the prize may not be displayed correctly or at all. If you receive "spin again" repeatedly, that's typically an indicator of network issues.

Users are not entitled to incorrectly displayed prizes such as rare couriers or Arcanas, regardless if you have "proof" or not. If no prize is displayed, you can typically find it in your inventory or in-game armory, sometimes after a short delay.
