Your table is infected with a Lua script virus — it's kinda harmless, but shits code in every model on the table. Use «leanerBlock (basic)» thing in the workshop to purge the table from the virus, but keep in mind that any «hidden» models, like in different states or inside the bags are not purged and you have to reveal them to get them cleaned.

And yes, even one infected model infects the whole table, so anyone that might take 1 model off infected table will infect their own.
