These are all the DLCs that show up with weird characters. The normal game is fine.

Shp-ШП-12.00000000000000001. Only this shows up correctly.

Oh, I see. Never thought we'd have issues like that. Well, DLC ШП were made by my friends, so I'll notify them about the issues and we'll see what we can do. Good news that normal game is fine. Also ШП-12.00000000000000001 is, so it looks like everything made in Visual Studio Express C# (2008 or 2010, I guess) works OK for you.
