[Obsolete] Fix: AdvancedDoor opening/closing in construction stage

Obsolete
This seems to've been sneakily fixed in the game at some point.

Old description:

A fix for advanced doors being able to be opened or closed when not fully built.

This script replaces the terminal control and actions for Open with one that checks if block is actually built and working.

Once the bug is fixed in the game I will delete this.

For modders: if you use AdvancedDoor type and you don't want the issue mentioned here, add this mod as a dependency.

just to let you know some "Old Door Packs" Have that issuse and this fixes them as well.

Hmm actually this looks to be fixed, I can't toggle the iris door from the ticket so this mod is likely no longer necessary.

Let me know if you guys can find a way to toggle the iris door when it's in construction stage =) or any vanilla door for that matter as they all have the same terminal controls now.

My server is throwing this log message every time it starts:
