It's worth trying for them once you get everything else or straight away. The game doesn't tell you this, but you do need to go for them to reach 100% completion.
HOWEVER , you don't have to get all 5 of them to get Perfectionist 3! You only need any 2 of the 5 hidden achievements to get Perfectionist 3. If you don't get Perfectionist 3 when you get all the other in-game achievements, you'll have to start hunting down the 5 hidden achievements listed here.
Remember, you don't need all 5, just any combination of 2 of them. Hope this helps shed some light if you don't have Perfectionist 3 despite getting all of the in-game achievements.
also, if an achievement seems to be glitched just check your trophies in-game - should fix it
