If you already know how to open your console, skip this part. If you don't, then in CS:GO, go the settings cog on the side of the screen.











In the settings menu, click the "Game Settings" tab and change "Enable Developer Console" (~) to "Yes".
When in game, press the tilda key to bring up the console. This key should be located next to the 1 key, and above the "TAB" key.

When entering an offline game, copy and paste this into the console:
Casual/Comp mode:
sv_cheats 1; bot_kick all; mp_roundtime 60; mp_respawn_on_death_ct 1; mp_respawn_on_death_t 1; mp_restartgame 1
Deathmatch/Arms Race mode:
sv_cheats 1; bot_kick all; mp_roundtime 60; mp_restartgame 1

Both will kick all bots from the server, make the round go for 60 minutes, and make you respawn on CT or T.

Current items that I have found.
Bump Mine (Mine that launches you off the ground and can be placed on walls)
give weapon_bumpmine
Be warned, you take damage launching into objects and falling. To disable fall damage, use sv_falldamage_scale 0

Medi-Shot (Gives you health, max holdable is 3)
give weapon_healthshot

To get infinite medi-shots or bump mines, use sv_infinite_ammo 1

Exojump is just "Exojump" in console.

Breach Charge: give weapon_breachcharge (thanks to this guy for the info)

Shield: give weapon_shield (thanks to this guy and this guy's video for the info)

Parachute: Type 'parachute' in console. I am not 100% sure if this works, because it comes up but doesn't show in the hotbar. (Thanks to This guy for this)
