Hello! I'm Cloacky, and I wanna present you "Cloacky's Loading Overhaul" (CLO)



Every already existing loading picture, will be remastered/edited to look more like some old photo. It's white/black and it has effects to look like some real life photo.

It has all vanilla screens revamped and 3 new ones (There will be more)

everything is broken, theres no edited screens. I dont know really why, maybe thats because i had to reinstall hoi ;( I hope that its working for you, but im gonna make new upload soon
