Select:
> New Game
> Sandbox Mode Unlimited Ammo

Check Boxes:
[X] Infinite Waves
[X] Sandbox Unlimited Ammo
but UNCHECK EVERYTHING ELSE

Adjust Sliders:
Number of waves: min
Cooldown time: min
Number of Zombies in Wave: max
Difficulty: min

Now... Just wait... After about 20-30 seconds the boss will spawn. Take the time to pickup some weapon. Kill the boss. Not sure if it is necessary, but I aim for the head. You get 60-70 kills and headshots as a reward. Repeat a dozen times to obtain all related achievements.
