The last safe revealed the location of a mansion in the middle of a lake on the outskirts of the docks. The only way to and from is via boat, and the only port that far out is heavily guarded by not only undead by Vall and more demon guards.

Ibzan
The last safe also revealed the name of who's been doing all this - Ibzan, no surprise. He's hidden himself somewhere in the mansion along with numerous guests to partake in the egg feast.

Summary:
Another well placed safe shows that Mr. Reaper has to go through the security in order to reach Ibzan's secret lake mansion. Not only is security tight, Vall has also come back from the dead to try and kill Mr. Reaper once more.
