40k board industrial edge sprawl w/ props & cover

Based on SocMonkey's 4x6 Tabletop Constructor (ID=1134647600), but modified with extra props, terrain, etc. No assets contained within are my own, only picked from other workshop items so that you may die for the Emperor in a most gloriously appropriate fashion.

NOTE: some of the props have multiple states for collision and interiors. Those are part of the excellent Necromunda terrain pack (ID=898669947).

NOTE 2: if you alter the lighting settings, there are working lantern posts littered around the map, making this a fun night-time battle map. Just dial back the general and ambient lighting in the settings until you achieve a shade of nightfall you're comfortable with.
