Faction: Rosa's Warband

• Leader: "Warlord Rosa" [ c 30,000 Reward ]
• Second In Command: "Warchief Zak" [ c 20,000 Reward ]
• Faction HQ: "Skinner's Roam"

• "Extremely dangerous band of bandit raiders that have taken control over a large section of the desert across Skinner's Roam. The Warlord Rosa leads large roaming armies across the Skinner's Roam Desert while attempting to tighten her grasp on the province before expanding onto new territory, accompanying these Warbands are a variety of domesticated beasts that fight along side them - any individuals wishing to cross the area are advised to stick to the roads and be quick on their feet."

Features so far:
- New faction HQ and squad patrols added to Skinner's Roam
- Working world states - Warlord Rosa's death will stop her expansion.
- Two high level boss characters with bounties added to the area.

Right now the mod is only half done but the basic foundations are all down - this is my second mod so all criticism is welcome-

Please leave suggestions down below on how I can add to the faction and anything else you want to see changed in Skinner's Roam as I think it's a bit bland right now.
