This guide will show you how to do the Nightclub heist all by yourself, on any difficulty you want. You will need some skills invested into the Mastermind tree, to get Control Freak perk (basic is enough).

You will need to be at least level 39 for this (bare minimum) and you'll need $2,263,000 in spending cash in order to unlock all skills necessary.

Alternative builds to make the run easier & faster:

- Cash required: $4,606,000

- Can blow up the safe with C4 (fastest way)
- Level required: 75
- Cash required: $4,502,000

- Makes drilling a lot faster
- Level required: 50
- Cash required: $2,574,000

With four moneybags in the safe and a decent amount of loose cash collected (varies every time), the payout is ~$2.400.000 on your offshore account and ~$250.000 in spending cash. You'll need around 10 minutes to complete the entire heist without having invested into other trees than Mastermind, and circa 4-6 Minutes if you did.

With the increased XP Mastermind-perk, you will receive around 17.400 experience for the job.
