As for the issues it seems to be causing with concert music mods, it's because you left the default onebadtank and midnighttank files in your mod, which will conflict with other mods that should replace those (as having them inside the add-on treats them as overwriting the original default files).
You don't have to leave all the default files in your mod's folder(s), you only need to put the specific tracks you are changing there. In your case tank.wav and taank.wav would suffice.
Have a look at it and remove the concert tank themes from the add-on, that should fix the conflict issue.
