@Mango3st I got it from the Splatoon NPCs model pack, the eye textures are from Annie.

@Rose Supreme I just modified the hair in Blender and I joined it with a Octoling Girl model. I tried to make it as a separated model with its own file but there was texture errors so I can't make this custom model avaliable.
