For him not so much work. Just take the work of another template creator, move some windows and doors and slap on some extra rooms and call it your own.

His template is basically a modified version of Nikki's Inn, the main concept of the building at least. I don't mind him copying and modifying other people's work but at least mention it in the comments who's work you edited! :steamfacepalm:
