Clue #1

Go to the room that has the picture of Snoop Dogg.

Stand in the middle of the room and look up to the ceiling.

Shoot the picture which should be shown to you in the image below.

After shooting it a sound should play, and if it does then that means you have clue #1 complete, congrats!

Clue #2

Go to the main room of the map which is the place that has a satan statue in the middle.

Look right of the statue you should see a dark room that should have the idiot box inside.

Go inside that room and walk to the end to the window and then turn around. (see image below)

Now while looking back at the exit as seen in the image, look up to where I'm aiming in the image and shoot till you hear a sound play.

If you're still having trouble, just go soldier or demo and shoot rockets/bombs upwards of the exit door.

If the sound plays, then you may proceed to clue #3!

Clue #3

Play as a soldier or demo for this one.

Proceed to the yellow room that is located after BLU's spawn.

Look at the place where i'm aiming and there should be a hidden dark gap between the ceiling and the gate.

Shoot a rocket/bomb at that gap and you should hear a sound play.

Keep in mind that this step is abit tricky and that you should shoot above the gate and not at the gate.

This will only work with soldier/demo, and now onwards to clue #4!

Clue #4

Go to the room where Toriel is staying in.

Look at where I'm aiming and shoot at that corner.

If a sound plays then you have completed this step, congrats!

Clue #5

After completing clue #4, go outside of the area and then go left and you should see a colorful door.

Jump on the barrels that are next to the door and get behind the door as shown in the image below.

Shoot the center of the sign and and then a sound should play.

Clue #6

Go to the room that has paintings all over the place.

Go up to the top floor and after the last stairs look up to the corner where i'm aiming.

Shoot inside the triangle that's on the left and a sound should play.

Clue #7

Go back to the yellow room where clue #3 was.

Look at the center of the window where I've shown, look at where I'm standing so you'll know which window I mean.

Keep shooting at the center of the window and a sound should play.

After the sound plays, rush to this spot where I'm aiming.

Crouch and get in the middle of that area and you should fall into a hidden hole.

That's it!

Keep in mind that you don't have to keep doing the clues again and again to access the secret room again, all you have to do is shoot the same window whenever you want and the hole will open again. Also, don't shoot the spell sign. Enjoy.
