Combine Mortar Pad [SWEP]

a nicer way to request combine air support from the suppression device located at the nexus...
launch strong energy pulses onto your enemy foes...

Findable under Weapons Tab-->Half-Life 2-->Combine Mortar

ConVars:
mortar_damage_multiplier 1 | defines how much damage a mortar hit does
mortar_pad_delay 0.3 | the fire delay (cooldown) for normal mortar pad

Bugs:
-The killfeed might mistake the inflictor if mutliple use a mortar pad
