Comments
Going for all achievements on your first playthrough will cause you to miss out on a lot of story elements. Not recommended.
Prism key
Secret. In chapter 1 - "Factory", immediately jump slash onto the building to the left and search the dead body.
Don't hang up!
Secret. In chapter 1 - "Factory", repeatedly hang up the phone.
Psychotherapy
Secret. Starting from chapter 1 - "Factory", interrupt, be rude, or hang up the phone on the psychologist at every opportunity except for in chapter 4 - "Prison", where you'll need to refuse your medication, then finally complete chapter 11 - "Bunker Part 2".
Forbidden Ultimate Danger Tempest-Eyed MAJORDOMO Imperial Barrage Crab, Evixion
Easy to miss. In chapter 2 - "Hotel", tell the receptionist you're cosplaying as Shinju from a card game anime. When you see her again in chapter 10 - "Bunker", ask if you can "just go", then show her your trap card.

Choose these dialogue options:
"Can I just go?"
"I can't show you my ID card... but I can show you my trap card."
"Heh, it's a challenge alright."

Master key
Secret. In chapter 2 - "Hotel", kill the target with a throwing weapon before they jump.
What a bad idea
Secret. In chapter 2 - "Hotel", jump off the balcony after finding your target.
Refused medication
Easy to miss. In chapter 3 - "Club", exhaust all dialogue options with the DJ. Then in chapter 4 - "Prison", ask the psychologist about drugs.


Choose these dialogue options:
"Answer my questions first."
"I spoke to Electrohead."

"Do my powers come from a drug?"
"I don't want this."
"No. I don't want the drug anymore."

Prototype key
Easy to miss. In chapter 4 - "Prison", complete the level without killing anyone. (If you refused your medication in chapter 3 - "Club", kill everyone instead.)
Party Animal
Easy to miss. In chapter 5 - "Studio", give the man in the limo your sword and retrieve it later.
No love for robots
Easy to miss. In chapter 5 - "Studio", take the elevator to floor 2 - "A Space Uncertainty", and play through it normally without killing the robot. On your way back to the elevator, talk to the robot until they self destruct.
Coffin Head
Easy to miss. In chapter 5 - "Studio", take the elevator to floor 3 - "Quiet Hills", and play through it normally. On your way back to the elevator, the room will get dark and Coffin Head will appear on the left side of the screen. Kill them.
Beatdown
Secret. In chapter 5 - "Studio", repeatedly roll past the boss when they shoot and slice them in the back.
Phoenix key
Secret. In chapter 6 - "Mansion", find the thief in one of the upper-left rooms. Wait for them to leave, then search the room.
The End
Easy to miss. In chapter 7 - "Chinatown", choose to die when given the choice during dialogue.
The Dragon's tape
Impossible to miss. Complete chapter 8 - "The Dragon's Tape".
Savant key
Secret. In chapter 9 - "Slaughterhouse", don't trigger any monitors. Cut any red cables you spot before killing nearby enemies. On monitors without cables, inspect the ceiling for cameras and roll past them. (Disregard their orientation, they only see straight down.) Finally, search the room full of red barrels.
Secret hunter
Secret. Collect the four previously mentioned keys.
Funny prank
Secret. In chapter 10 - "Bunker", kill yourself with a Molotov as you activate the next elevator.

The final monitor in Slaughterhouse is giving me trouble. Rolling through the cameras doesn’t seem to work. Was I supposed to not trigger the NULL test?

"Feline Persuasion", the achievement for petting the cat repeatedly until it leaves, happens in the screen right after the "Don't hang up! " achievement, in chapter 1. It's the third screen of the game.

Ok, it did work. I just needed to redo a portion of the level until the "save" sign appeared.

If I killed Administrator in Hotel and didn't choose the right option... do I need to go back to hotel, do things right and play the whole damn thing until Bunker, or I can just jump to the Bunker right away after *fixing/ Hotel?

the last hidden achievement is for petting the cat five times, i forgot what level it is, its one of the first 3 with the cat i believe

also theres one hidden achievement missing cause in here theirs only 19 achievements then theirs the 2 achievements for hard and speedrun but whats the last achievement

For Prototype Key, you need to return to your apartment and search the briefcase outside
