Diplomacy Rebalancing

TWW2 is no longer getting patches or DLC, so my mods are also considered final and will not receive any more updates. Therefore I disabled comments on all of them to avoid constantly getting notifications for the same dumb questions that have been answered a thousand times already. Most of the original changes in this mod have been removed because of changes by CA in the vanilla game that basically did what this mod used to do. These changes remain:

-trespassing causes only a minimal diplomatic penalty
-reduces number of turns before you can cancel minor treaties like trade and military access
-'great power' penalties are reduced so your friends don't suddenly hate you just because you have many regions

In vanilla, a trade agreement or military access are identical to a NAP because both disallow dissolution of the agreement for 10 turns and a war declaration for another 10 turns after that. This mod reduces the times for trade agreements and military access significantly while leaving the conditions for actual diplomatic treaties unchanged. So now, making a trade deal with a faction is much less of a long-term commitment than signing a NAP or alliance.
