No animal in game gets nutrition from eating bodies. The mod is just for using them for corpse disposal. And for the flex.

Literally doesn't work. Ate three hungry bandit corpses and didn't gain a single point of hunger.

I like this mod. But you say "to get rid of the dead bodies" why dont use crematorium for this?
