Adds the Empire of House Jagdjay,
led by Grand Master Tactician Marthkin(Martin) Jagdjay.
Image copyrights go to Wizards of the Coast for the image of Marthkin Jagdjay(Ampryn Tactician)
Having a lot of issues getting the images to work and also reworking the whole civ to be more balanced.

UA - Ironclad Strategy:
All Land and Naval units may move after attacking and gain +50% Flanking bonus. Gun and Armor units have a 20% chance to intercept.

UU - M.A.W.P. or Mobile Armored Weapons Platform(Marine):
60 Strength, more expensive, but available at Replaceable Parts.
Cover I, Amphibious, Anti-Air

UU - Warcannon(Bazooka)
100 ranged strength, 80 strength and 2 range, but only 1 movement.
Much more expensive. Requires 3 Iron.
Interception II, Indirect Fire, No Melee

Ideal Decisions:

Research Warcannon:
-May only be enacted once per game
Requirements:
-Replaceable Parts
Costs:
-5000 gold
-1 Great Scientist, Great Engineer, or Great General in Capital(to be used)
Rewards:
-12 Iron
-a Warcannon appears outside the Capital

Revolutionize Strategy:
-May only be acted once per era
Requirements:
-3 Land Units
Costs:
-400 gold per era
-1 Magistrate
Rewards:
-20 xp for all existing units

Word of advice: I have the full version of the game, so it might require all DLC, but I doubt it.
If it fails to work, however; this might be why.
