Recovery Barge

Beskrivning
Bringing in my newest (and first!) workshop creation!

This barge is diesel-electric and includes winches to recover vehicles.
It features a crane to recover vehicles and a floor of magnets to hold the vehicles.

Change log:
Removed stabilizer (turns out it's much more stable without it)
Added Crane along with floor of magnets
Movable side railing
Removed cover from batteries

Sorry I couldn't respond, I had 2 exams this week and focused more on studying than responding to people on steam. But sure, go ahead and use it as long as you give credit!

@MrCringe, I'm sorry, I appreciate your help, but at this point it's going to cost too much time to change the entire foundation, though if you have a better stabilizer for the craft, I'd be happy to add that
