Support but why is it on high dps side of things? inflict as much dmg as possible?

at 10 i'll pick +20 movement speed. the problem with Skywrath is he is squishy and easy to kill so having faster MS improves his survivability along with drum of endurance. he is good at zoning out enemies so he can babysit his carry. at 20 Global concussive is better since it gives global sight to enemies targeted and you can confuse them by thinking that they're going to get ganked or there is a ward where they farm. at 25 +300 gold is better since as a support your role is to buy wards, sentry, sod. it also helps you get your core items since you won't be getting creeps or farm very much since BKB, Euls and Aeon disk easily counters his burst damage. (just my opinion since I also play support Skywrath)

Nice but me play support will pick hero with skill stun or hex
