How do i create config file?

Open notepad paste all the above given commands and save under the name of autoexec.cfg extension simple.


Open the file for editing, copy or type in the binds or settings you need.

Counter-Strike: Global Offensive may create the default config.cfg in two places:

1st:For earlier versions of the game: Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\Counter-Strike Global Offensive\csgo\cfg\config.cfg


2nd:For the newest version, the way is Program Files\Steam\userdata[your Steam ID]\730\local\cfg\config.cfg;

If you have multiple accounts then you will find multiple folders with different steams id,s.

A simple way to find you steam id by check your trade URL.

To find your Steam Trade URL you should follow these steps:

1st Log into Steam Client open your Inventory.
2nd Click the "Trade Offers" button on the right.
3rd Click on "Who can send me Trade Offers".
4th highlighted numbers as shown below is your steam ID
