This right here is the list I personally use for laddering in Terra as Ornatov, the general strategy is overwhelm your opponent and generate value with Underground Fort.

That said there is a decent amount of RNG involved with this and at times you just gotta let RNGesus take the wheel, the good news however is this is heavily mitigated by great draw power and your passive to add a random Imperial Army Infantry to your hand whenever your board is empty so while don't overextend to hard into a wipe don't also be afraid to dump your hand when it's okay to do so.

In an aggro fight knowing when and what to use your ability to give frontline on is the difference between winning and losing. At 30 HP and Low initiative Ornatov can be deceptively unforgiving for example - dropping underground fort too early to where you can't flood the turn you play it can be game ending for you, whereas playing it at the right moment with the right stuff wins games on the spot.
