增加垃圾场 警察局 墓地 医院 消防局和外部的交互，获取一部分收入(收入部分需要RealCity MOD的支持)

Details:
This is what RealCity Mod contains in early version (V1.0 before)
Because RealCity Mod contains so many functions, it is hard to maintain and debug, so start from RealCity V2.0, some functions are separated from it or temporarily removed.

Now I bring back this RealCity(outside extension part) back and make as this mod.
1. Can get garbagemove from outside.
2. Can send garbage services to outside.
3. Can get deadmove from outside.
4. Can send hospital services to outside.
5. Can send policestation services to outside.
6. Can send firestation services to outside.
7. With RealCity mod, you can get income from above.

Incompatible Mod:
(1)Employ Overeducated Workers (use Employ Overeducated Workers V2)
(2)District Service Limit 3.0

This mod offers support for internationalization and heavily depends on people willing to contribute. The language is automatically determined based on your settings in "Options" -> "Gameplay".

@MARCOS ...or you could plop down one of the garbage to power facilities near to a border and import garbage. You get paid for getting rid of their garbage and you get electricity generated.

I do not meet this problem, please post all the mod you used.

However, several service cars return to a wrong service station and cause a traffic jam there.
The car stops at (un-)spawing point of a wrong service, and the correct ones of this service do not spawn until I delete the car. I do not have any district mod, therefore there must be another issue.
